I am getting Product upgrade message, what should I do?
Please don't post any personal or confidential info (like machine id, payment details etc) here, rather submit a ticket related to those queries from above menu.
When you use the Indicator/Strategy/Addon/Other tools on your chart and enable it, it will ask you to upgrade it, if any latest upgraded version is available. If you select 'Yes' to download the upgrade file, it will download the latest file into your computer, which you then import into your NT8. When you import, It will ask you to replace the existing files, select 'Yes' to all that as well. Then restart your platform once for the fist time and it will be automatically activated with newer version. Please note, DoNot try to remove the old version from your NinjaTrader 8 platform before importing the latest version, this may cause error or technical issue. You just need to replce all files, if prompted.
