Are there any recommended settings for the extension levels for the NQ and ES?

Thanks for your post. We don't provide any recommended settings for any of our products due to regulatory reasons. As this is a free product, you can test using sim account or market replay data with mentioned instruments to identify important levels to match your goals and trading style.
