Range Market Scalping Strategy - When I activate the account and click Apply, it automatically logs out
Please don't post any personal or confidential info (like machine id, payment details etc) here, rather submit a ticket related to those queries from above menu.
When I activate the account and click Apply, it automatically logs out. Any idea what's happening? NT8 (8.1) Range Market Scalping Strategy

@Alextsa2014, I have moved this to this forum, as you posted to wrong topic thread.
However, I need more info to investigate and support you with this. Please follow the below steps:
a. When you first start your platform, please compile your platform from NinjaScript editor. You can find steps at How to compile in NinjaScript Editor.
b. If you find any error, please send us a screenshot in the reply here.
c. If you don't, then check your log in NinjaTrader 8 control center log tab, if you get any error or not, when you enable the strategy. If you see error, please send us your log and trace file to us from this support portal by creating a ticket at the Top right corner where it says 'Submit a Ticket' in the menu.
