Can I get a refund for my payment?

Yes, you can request a refund up to two working days before you receive credentials for online recorded training (whichever comes first, depending on the level you registered for). Refund processing may take a few additional days, but as long as you request it within the allowed time frame, your registration will be cancelled, and you will receive your refund.
