I want to request a refund. How can I do that?

Please submit your refund request through the Contact Us page and provide the email address you used for payment. We will send a verification request to that email, so keep an eye on your inbox for a verification email from us. Please note that refunds can only be requested if you meet the criteria outlined in the FAQ section "Can I get a refund for my payment?"
